Community Based Employment Services

Community Based Employment Services assist people with disabilities in finding a job in the community. The Job Coaches work with each consumer in many ways. This includes learning the client’s strengths and weaknesses, meeting with potential employers to discuss types of jobs available, assisting clients with completing online applications, interview preparation, coaching and training clients on the worksite to ensure that they are working to the best of their ability and completing their job tasks as well as meeting the employers` needs. Our Job Coaches work very hard on finding the appropriate job match which we feel is the key to our consumers becoming successful at work.  Job Coaches build close working relationships with our consumers and employers in the community. Our goal is to help the consumers ultimately become as independent as possible and truly enjoy their job and love coming to work each day.

Supported Employment Services are accessed through funding from The New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVRS) as well as New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We currently serve the following counties in New Jersey: Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Salem and Cumberland.
